D4.3 - Data requirements and validation technologies for renovation
This deliverable describes two software tools developed in BIM4Ren relevant for validating BIM data.
The first one is a visual editor for defining constraints (in the form of W3C SHACL shapes), the second is a model checker that can actually take those SHACL shapes and apply them to some AS-IS or TO-BE (energy/renovation) enriched BIM model. SHACL stands for Shapes Constraint Language, a recent W3C Recommendation in the linked data/semantic web stack of specifications.
